This sauna is designed for up to 2 people to enjoy. This sauna offers it all, allowing you to get the maximum benefit from your sauna experience. Full spectrum refers to the entire infrared spectrum: near infrared, mid infrared & far infrared. Full Spectrum Infrared heat provides natural sunlight without solar radiation. 

A bit more on the infrared spectrum:

a)  Near Infrared is the shortest wavelength & works on the surface level

b) Mid Infrared is a longer wavelength that can affect deeper areas
